Few bright red blood vessels or veins in throat plus my soft palate is red been on two antibiotics to maybe treat strep and pharyingitis still not gon?

Pharyngitis: Has your throat been cultured? This would help to narrow this down. Also have a mono titre done. If you have already been on 2 antibiotics it is unlikely that the source is streptococci. It maybe viral which antibiotics do not treat.
