Allergies?: Perhaps you have allergies? I don't think the nasal discharge however is related to the vaginal.

Unrelated: These two things are unrelated. Could be seasonal allergies for the nose and eyes. The vaginal discharge could be a myriad of things. If you're really worried, you'll need to see your primary care doctor for a more compete evaluation. Could try over the counter allergy meds in the mean time. Hope this Helps!
