If you are: FRIGHTENED then USE A BETTER Birth control method..for example an IUD or BC Pills... If you are SUPER FRIGHTENED...the only SURE METHOD is ABSTINENCE!!!!! Hope this helps! Good Luck! Dr Z

If you are: interested becoming sexually more active and to worry less about becoming pregnant then you can use some of the other birth control methods beside condom or use condom at the same time. Talk to your gyn.
