Mgt: One possibility is a rash called urticaria. The rash fades and then returns. It can be a sign of an allergic reaction. Noting any possible triggers including foods will be important information for your pediatrician. If your daughter is otherwise well, infection is less likely and based on your description the lesions are not draining any liquid.
