Migraine: One-sided headache with nausea is very typical for migraine headaches, but if this is a new headache for you and it does not resolve, then a call to your physician for work-up and diagnosis is in order. If it resolves by tomorrow and you are otherwise feeling ok without additional symptoms, then you can mention it at your next visit.
