Ive had a sharp pain at the base of my neck that is sore in one place and i feel pressure in my head. help idk what this is.

Probably muscular: Frequently people will have pain at the base of the neck and this can be a cause of a headache. I would try some over the counter remedy to help this and maybe some heat.
