Menses change: I assume you are having heavy flow. Menses can vary from month to month even on low dose pills. Why? Stress, exposure to environmental estrogens, just normal variance, miscarriage? I assume you are worried about the latter- do a urine preg test - it will be positive up to two weeks after a miscarriage.
