Baby is coughing: Most likely yes, if the cough is mild, no fevr, baby is acting normal, feeding & suckling well, these are good signs of well being, you can use saline nose drops 4 times a day, but if the cough is persistent & associated with any of these symptoms, you should take her to her pediatrician, we shouldn't take chances with babies espcially newborn. I hope you both feel better, enjoy your baby
