It depends upon: which fruit(s) and vegetable(s), and how many grams of what. Fruits tend to be higher in carbohydrates (CHO) than vegetables. A serving of fruit contains 15 grams (g) CHO & 2-3 g fiber (eg. 2" apple, 1/2 banana, 2.5" orange, 15 grapes). A serving of vegetables contains 5 g CHO, 2 g protein, & 2-3 g fiber. Vegetable serving sizes = 1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup raw vegetables.
