Have an HIV test: Genital or anal warts show up a few months after catching HPV, never before 4-6 weeks. The exposure 2 days earlier has nothing to do with this. Having anal sex with other men, of course you are at relatively high risk of HIV (depending on exposures, condom use, etc) and should be tested for HIV and STDs from time to time. New warts don't necessarily mean you have HIV, but get tested to be sure.
