You need a plan: You need financial help. You are very young. Can your parents or relatives help? Are you in school or working? Perhaps your dentist can set up a payment plan. Think of it as you would buying a car except now You are investing in yourself and there are few things as important as a sound, well functioning body. Good luck!

Dental Care: Not sure of exactly what treatment you would need without an exam, and not sure what you consider expensive. But consider this: the longer you delay care, the more damage will be done, and the more expensive it will cost. In addition, dental insurance usually maxes out at approx $2K per year, many procedures are not covered, so much of the cost is out of pocket anyway. Financing may be an option

Follow recommended t: Bruxism can cause a lot of damage to your teeth. One of that is shifting of teeth. To start with you should make sure that you protect your teeth from more severe damage, like grinding them down, jaw joint damage, bit collapse. Please follow the required treatment. And most importantly please get a mouth guard, not the one that you get in stores but one made in a lab by your dentist.
