Unclear question: If your profile is correct that you are a 28 year male, you could not be pregnant. If you are a woman, and id the pregnancy test correctly at 10 days after a missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant, You may repeat hpt in 4-5 days, Symptoms may be due hormonal imbalance. For hpt. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex.

Plan B: can cause menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). If pregnancy test is negative x 3, 30 days out then you are not pregnant from that episode. Plan B can cause nausea and other side effects.
