Not necessarily: Sounds like a urine dipstick was used. Not the preferred method of measuring glucose in the urine. Independent of this- pregnancy cannot be diagnosed or predicted using this data. You will need to wait until you have missed your next period. If that happens you may test for pregnancy though I recommend waiting 1 extra week since you may simply be late.
