Skin tag: The hymen ist a membrane over the opening of the vagina which usually has an opening for menstrual blood to come out. With sexual activity or many of the sports girls play, the opening gets enlarged. This can leave tags of tissue like skin tags that are called hymenal remanants.You don't need to do anything with them unless they cause problems in which case they can be surgically cut away.
