See your doctor: Antibiotics can trigger yeast infections (thrush), but white or coated tongue isn't necessarily due to yeast, and yeast is not a likely cause of a "lump" with pus in the mouth. I doubt these problems are serious and probably will clear up on their own not too long after finishing the antibiotics. If they continue or the lump gets larger or sore, contact the doctor who prescribed the antibiotics.
