Just stop: If you are on an oral contraceptive, just stop taking it. If you are on depot, don't get your next shot. Too easy. Hope this helps!

Just quit: The stuff works by providing hormones that make your body think you are already pregnant so you quit ovulating. It also causes changes that make the uterine mucus less receptive, but the not ovulating is the big thing. If you stop using external hormones (pill/injected), they eventually clear out of your system. Your body then goes back to normal.
