Estrogen may help: Many, but not all women experience an increase in breast volume by taking oral contraceptives. The increase is modest, 1/2-1 cup size. If you are underweight, gaining weight up to a healthy weight may also help. Breast size has no bearing on ability to breast feed. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
