Depends: Most if not all pregnant women describe feeling some cramping from the uterus contracting. The significance on your gestational age and the severity of the cramps. If you think you are in labor then you need to evaluated in labor and delivery. If you are concerned something is wrong then contact your obgyn for instructions.
