Yes: Cramping pain 8/10 on a pain scale when you are pregnant is definitely something to seek medical attention for. You didn't mention how many weeks/months pregnant you are. Typically, less than 20 weeks you see your physician or urgent care. Over 20 weeks, you would go to labor and delivery. That's just a general guideline, it may be different where you live. But definitely see a physician.
