What is the side effect if clingen tablet is used as oral and we are now planning for a baby?

Clingen: Clingen is not available in the US but online it states that it is a form of Clindamycin tablet that is supposed to be used vaginally. The medication is safe for use during pregnancy but it should be used as directed. Confirm the instructions with your doctor and follow them as directed. If instructed to use vaginally then they are not to be taken orally.
