NEEDS TO BE CHECKED: We don't know what your question is. You have back pain and swollen?What is swollen. Best will be you can take some pain med and make an appointment with your Doctor and have it checked Need a detailed history if any trauma,how long the pain,any radiation etc.And physical exam and may or may not need imging like Xray/MRI/CAT SCAN and other tests if needed
