A member asked:

Is it safe to use wallpaper adhesive in a bedroom that my pregnant partner (4 and a half months) will be sleeping in?

Not a good idea: Wall paper adhesive is often a solvent and not water soluble substance and as such has chemical fumes. A pregnant person should not be inhaling chemical fumes. Your partner should sleep in a fume free area and not in the newly wallpapered room until the smell of the glue is gone. Aerate the room well when you are wallpapering as the fumes are not good for you either
