Gastric juice: But how old is she? the yellow stuff she vomited is likely her gastric juice, as she has an empty stomach, if she looks fine otherwise, can take sips of water and keep down, no diarrhea or fever as you mentioned, no abdominal pain or cramps, and good urine output, just observe, but if vomiting turns green, or is persistent together with other symptoms, please go to ER, call her MD in an anyhow
