Unsure: Though I can't actually see your question, I'm guessing you want to know what it is. It's probably a lump of scar tissue from your body reacting to the injection. Probably not harmful unless it shows signs of infection. Hope this helps.

I have a swollen bump on the outside of myvagina next to my leg.. My doctor thought it was a hive and prescribed a Steroid but its still there.
Positive ANA test (1:320 speckled); low C3 component of 80 (C4 level of 18). Symptoms were swollen/red knuckle and blister/cyst on only one finger. Normal X-rays. Cleared up with steroid but dry skin on knuckle still. Also feeling somewhat fatigued?
