Testing: I would start testing about 2 weeks after your missed period. However, if you haven't had your period in a very long time it is also time to see a gynecologist if your pregnancy test is negative. PCOs patients may be at risk of endometrial hyperplasia and eventually endometrial cancer. A short course of provera (medroxyprogesterone) every 2-3 months will prevent that.
