Diet and exercise.: after pregnancy, it is sometimes difficult to take off excess weight. The basics remain the same, diet and exercise. It is impossible to "spot lose" weight specifically from the abdomen. Finding time for adequate exercise with small children in tow is not easy, but it is necessary for a healthy life. Good luck.
