Can exercising vogoriously while suffering from allergy symptoms make the symptoms worse? or will it help the body to settle faster?

Depends: Depends on the allergy and the symptoms. Usually it will help due to an increase in adrenaline production. Soon after exercising, however, you may find that symptoms return. In certain scenarios, exercise can exacerbate symptoms (exercise induced bronchoconstriction for example).

Depends on symptoms: Not a good idea as you could make some allergic symptoms worse such as asthma. You need to see your physician to have a clear diagnosis and treat the allergies
