Yes, no problem: You should finish the full 7 days of treatment. This won't cause any problem. If you use tampons, remove the old tampon, insert the cream, then a fresh tampon. For future yeast infections, consider fluconazole (DiflucanĀ®) instead of Monistat or other creams. It's a single pill by mouth and you're done -- just as effective as 7 days of vaginal cream.
