PatienceWillHealYou: I assume you mean you were told not to bend or twist for two months, right?Like any injury to, or operation on the bones(and many other body parts)they need time to heal, even if you think you feel all better. Not allowing sufficient healing and not getting proper rehab will likely result in a poor outcome and your disappointment and regrets.It's just two months.Out of your 55 years that's nothing
