Hives?: A common rash associated with itchiness is hives, spots that tend to appear rapidly and disappear just as quickly...or migrate quickly to new areas of skin. However, much more information is needed to make any kind of diagnosis and a picture would certainly help. A quarter of the world population will experience hives at some point in their lives
