See a doctor. STD?: Unexplained vaginal bleeding or blood in the urine (perhaps the result of vaginal bleeding) always should be professionally evaluated. After sex it often means inflammation of the cervix from an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia. And many sexually active active persons at your age (20) are at high risk for STDs much of the time. So get this checked by a doctor or clinic ASAP. Good luck!
