What causes bruising with what appears to have lines thru it and a clear center on the calf that is not due to trauma and has no pain when manipulated?

Possible bite.: Insect bites, including tick bites, often have a bulls-eye appearance. The bites are often associated with infection, sometimes with lasting effects. A small puncture wound, as from a rose bush, could create a similar lesion. It's best to see a dermatologist or infectious disease specialist as soon as possible.
