See your surgeon: I recommend that you see your surgeon in follow up with new exam and eventually a new MRI, xray.

Nerves: This sounds like a symptom of nerve injury. It's hard to know if it's from the surgery of the decrease in your activity following, but it's definitely worth talking about with your surgeon. Hope this helps!
