Rest your guts: you need to give your digestive system a break. eat yogurt and banana. eat saltines crackers and soup only drink Gatorade ,juices, and water. treat symptoms from OTC medicine. not better, or vomiting prevent you from hydration, or diarrhea gut worst, or start to have chills or fever see a doctor.
