See remark: Great you are practicing good hygiene.Precum only comes following sexual stimulation.If you notice a bad odor,try wshinf the head of the penis with mild solution of baking powder In water..this helps if you have fungus infection,alternatively get an antifungal oitment from a pharmacy and apply a dad to tha head of the penis nitely for 3-4 days.if no reponce ,see a doctor
