? Pregnancy: Make sure first and foremost that your pregnancy test is negative. If negative, treat this as an aberrant period. Also, if you want to avoid pregnancy then use consistent reliable contraception. If your periods continue to be irregular, seek gyn care. Also, if your cramping, pain get worse, you may need evaluation.
