May be: esophagitis. There are various medicines that can cause a chemical irritation to the esophagus (for instance, doxycycline) resulting in left arm pain and an upset stomach. You may have pain with deep inspiration, too. There are several other possibilities, and you will want to discuss these with your doctor.
