The 1st part's EASY: The 1st half of your question has an obvious answer.. See your friendly local Spider-Mental Health Specialist. They'll tell you if you have depression, BPD, GAD, etc. The 2nd half of your question? 20 lbs. in 2-3 weeks? Certainly can be done but not really safely nor efficiently. That's too much weight to drop and it won't stay off. For that much weight you should've started about 4-5 mo. ago.

See a psychologist: or psychiatrist to get a clear diagnosis. It is not advisable to lose 20 pounds in 2-3 weeks. Talk to a therapist about starting a healthy diet and exercise plan. Exercise will also help fight depression.

Unhealthy and: basically impossible and dangerous. A 1-2 lb a week weight loss is recommended.
