Depending: in general, hcg should rise by 67 percent every 2 days until 4 or 5 weeks along. After 6 weeks, it should rise by 50 percent every 2 days. Talk to your OB and they can better interpret your results based on your history and exam. Since it did not go up at all, I do have some concerns. I wish you well
