How concern should i be about lymph nodes in the thyroid (neck) area, speaking as an individual who is cancer free?

Lymphadenopathy: Your more likely your feeling lymph nodes in your distal anterior cervical chain, not your thyroid. Its very common with head and neck infections to have lymph node swelling in these chains.
