Needs to be checked: You have been having these symptoms of fatigue and lack of concentration. We can not guess what is going on without a detailed history and a comprehensive Physical Exam which may include Blood and urine test and may be other tests as well So make an apt with your doctor and get checked

Cause unknown: There are too many causes to enumerate here but both of those symptoms are common in depression. Sleep disturbance, change in libido, and loss of appetite are also common. Does any of this apply to you?
