BV treatment: This treatment won't hurt and I wouldn't worry about the "chunks". But it won't help in the long run. Acidophilus and dairy products have no effect on bacterial vaginosis -- don't believe anything like that you are told or find on line. See a doctor to confirm the diagnosis, have testing for other STDs (very common with BV, especially at your age) and get an appropriate antibiotic prescription.
