What is the question: What is your question.Apparently you are being treated for Iron Defeciency Anemia. But unfortunately we don't know what your question is. We don't have all the information like what is the cause of your Anemia and how long you have had it and what was your blood count, like Hemoglobin, iron level etc. Consult and follow up with your Doctor and if breathing difficulty go to ER

Side effect: Oral iron has many known and sometimes expected side effects including dizziness/nausea. Sometimes these resolve with continued use. Dizziness/shortness of breath occurs with iron infusions, but is thought to be related to dextran in those infusions and not the iron. Discuss side effect with your doc; may choose to lower dose or suggest taking with food (less absorption esp if contains oxalates)
