Possible urgency: Hard to know with limited information, but this is an emergency if it has been ongoing. Bowel inflammation usually due to infection is the most common cause. Regardless, since its Friday afternoon, if you are dizzy/have new headache/weakness/vision changes/shortness of breath/fever, then seek urgent care.
