Pregnancy or hormone: If you are at risk for pregnancy, you would need a pregnancy test ASAP and a gyn evaluation plus pelvic sonogram in the event your test is positive. If you are not "at risk for pregnancy" and are otherwise healthy, there is little cause for alarm unless your symptoms persist or worsen. Transient changes in ovulation and in hormones can at times mimic pregnancy and usually resolve spontaneously.
