Directly into tumor: TACO ( Trans Arterial Chemo Perfusion ) Chemotherapy will have bad effects on normal tissue in order to minimize and to give more effective concentration of drugs , injected directly into blood vessel that supplies the tumor . some times done in advanced pancreatic tumors, liver etc. It needs a procedure catheters are placed into the artery near the tumor and removed when completed
