Vitamin D can help: lift depression. Poor lifestyle due to depression can make us anxiety. Vitamin D has a link in that indirect way to anxiety. Please see you doc to get help in raising your D3 level. Many people take 5K IUs of D but check w/him/her first. Peace and good health.
