Spotting two weeks after period what can that be???

Spotting: Would check HCG as sometimes what appeared as a period was actually implantaiton bleeding. Could also be infection ,effects of BCP, polyp, fibroid, ovarian pathology. Check TSH, consider sonogram. F/u with doctor/urgent care.

Ovulation: Many women will spot during ovulation and this sounds to be just that. Annoying but normal.
