Too early: There are no symptoms that are reliable at this point in the human reproductive cycle. Sperm travels from the vagina to the fallopian tube in order to fertilize the egg. This can happen anytime up to 5 days. When symptoms appear it is after the BHCG levels start to rise. If you feel you have a cold try over the counter remedies and if not improved see your primary care doctor.
