What does it mean when you have a day of ovulation but a different conception date? wouldn't you conceive the day you ovulated?

Not necessarily: Once you ovulate the egg needs to travel to and down the fallopian tube. The egg lives for about 24 hours so you could conceive the day after. Dating a pregnancy is never that precise though so typically we use the first day of your last period to figure out your due date. Remember that
